Creating Stronger Family Bonds

Strengthening Families 10-14 is a seven-week program for parents and their youth, aged 10-14.

Parents learn how to show love and set limits for their children, while the youth learn how to set goals and achieve them; better manage stress and peer pressure; and minimize problem situations that might keep them from meeting their goals.
